Goals for the Club and how they will be accomplished:
- To aid in the creation of a historical record of the school year and capture DAA’s culture of kindness.
- This will be done through having club members take pictures of school and sports events (eg. atrium spotlights, Thursday night games, movie nights, sports day, Thanksgiving, etc…).
- To promote and sell DAA yearbooks.
- This will be done through creating eye-catching posters and flyers which will be put up around school.
- To successfully teach yearbook members how to edit and design pictures taken.
- This will be done through computer softwares such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
- Additionally, a website will be made as a step-by-step guide to help participants with the web design softwares needed if they happen to miss an introductory meeting
- To strengthen communication between photographers, graphic designers, and club leaders.
- To hold meetings every Sunday after school in room 103 (Mr. Ghosn’s computer lab) to meet and discuss the pictures taken, and assign participants different tasks, which will be completed throughout the week.
- There will also be a Facebook group which will update club members weekly on what upcoming school events will need photographers and people will be able to sign up for those events through Google forms, which will be sent out through the Facebook group.
