Goals for the Club and how they will be accomplished:
- To allow other members to maintain a fit lifestyle
- Hosted twice a week (each session from 3-4, or it depends whether the supervisor is willing to stay longer) and allows members full access to the school gym
- To allow the members to develop the knowledge of fitness and a balanced diet
- Many people have a false image of how they should look a certain way and what not, so Mr. Khalil and i are open for any questions that discuss fitness and dieting as both of us have been in to fitness for a very long time and have a good background about what to do and what not to do
- To have a good time and allow members to take their mind of the stress they face during high school
- Hey, when in doubt. Work out ;)
- Open to students of all ages
- The gym club does not have a certain age limit as members who go there can have guidance over the machines, right form and anything they would like to know through Mr. Khalil and i. This allows many kids to realise that working out is more fun than you think it is and also allows them to live a better healthy lifestyle
- To give students an opportunity to experience new things
- Taking a break from their academics, they can go in whether for half an hour or an hour and just have a good session and enjoy their time.
